I promise that I’m not going to be all about the giveaways, I’m just getting a bunch of content together fo the start of next year. 2010 is going to be GREAT! (Which by the way, congrats to Niecy who won the Playmobil toys and said ”I recently did a project with my daughters on the ancient Egyptians, so the Sphinx with Mummy set would be perfect for turning playing into learning and making learning fun.”) But it’s December… it’s the time of giving, so I’m giving stuff away!
Today it’s the ultimate “cozy up on the couch while it’s cold outside gift basket.” Here is what is included in the basket…
The gift basket includes the following:
- Two candles from the Glade Candles Holiday Collection, in Apple Cinnamon and Bayberry Spice
- Bellagio® Gourmet Cocoa Chocolate Truffle, a true liquid chocolate bar
- Home Classics® Fleece Throw, a blanket to keep warm when the weather’s at its worst
- Mineral Bath Soak Stress and Tension by The Village Company, made from natural lemon oil, rosemary, and eucalyptus
- The Polar Express DVD, a family holiday favorite
- Woven Strap Small Shelf Tote, great for stylish display and organization of accessories
To enter leave a comment either about how you like to relax after a hard day of cleaning, OR what kind of posts you would like to see here in the coming year (like what are your biggest cleaning/organizing challenges).
For an extra entry tweet about the giveaway and post a link to your tweet here. Good luck and stay cozy!
I will choose a winner on Thursday at 5 PM so we can get the basket to you before Christmas.
*Disclaimer: Glade has provided me with this giveaway with no compensation to me, I just dig the company.

I like to unwind after a hard day of cleaning with distraction-free, uninterrupted play time with my daughter (on her terms)!

I would love to see posts about how to organize coupons/receipts/grocery lists, as that’s something I struggle with a lot.
I enjoy a hot shower at night, mainly because that’s usually the only time I’m alone!

I love to burn scented candles. There’s nothing like the cozy feeling of your favorite scent!
I like to catch up on my favorite shows online. And I’d sure love some yummy smelling candles right now! Our house just kinda smells like an old house

I love to turn on the Christmas tree lights, light some apply cider candles and read….. that helps me unwind and relax the day away!
I love to read a nice book to relax.
I would love to unwind with a big ole bathtub, lots of bubbles and cup of something warm with candles lit and soft music….oh and no interruptions. This is my dream anyway….I don’t have a tub:(

I like to watch a sitcom or drama show on TV with husband wrapped up in my favorite blanket.
I like to sit with the kids and read to them. and count my blessings
I love to take a nice relaxing bath with lots of candles!! I am thinking that those 2 glad holiday candles will come in real handy:) Thanks!
I would love to see more challenges: (i.e. set a timer for 10 minutes see how much you can get clean). Maybe, “take 10 minutes and see how much of your family room can you dust.” ??
I love the challenges.
I would love to see posts on organzing appts, school stuff for kids, things to do or buy, etc…I always try to start a book or an organizer for my purse and I last for about a month.
I love to sit on the couch and cuddle up with my hubby after a long day of cleaning. I love just to relax with him. And spend some time with kiddos too.
This time of year I like to snuggle up with a blanket and a good book in front of my fireplace
I love curling up with a soft blanket and a good book! (the fireplace that Nanette mentioned doesn’t sound too bad either (: )
My biggest challenge is keeping up with things. I get behind, then lack the motivation to catch up, then give up because I’m so behind! I need a better system! I love to unwind with music and candles and a good book! Thanks for the giveaway – so cool.
I try to get my cleaning done late evening night… so the next day while the kids are at school I can enjoy a house with everything put away for the whole day!
The quick things you can do to keep on top of the everyday are great – more please.
After a long day of cleaning up after three kids I slip into a hot bath and let my stress melt away.
I love to escape to my room with a good book and a warm blanket and just read and escape.
